Beauty Review: Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray

I mentioned this in my haircare routine, but I am obsessed with sea salt sprays. My hair is thick and tends to fall stick straight with no real texture through it. I love sea salt sprays because it adds the perfect texture and loose wave to my hair without having to do any work with my hair.

I've been using Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray for a while, but I wanted something more potent and that wouldn't wear off at the end of the day.

I heard mixed things about Not Your Mother's Texturizing Sea Salt Spray, that it either works really well or leaves hair dry and crunchy.

A good tip to remember is that you should put your leave in or more moisturizing products on the hair before you put your styling products. This helps keep the hair healthy and moisturized.

The packaging is perfect for traveling since you can close the handle and the nozzle is great since you get to control how much product you want to use.

If you don't know how to use sea salt sprays, you just spray it all over, run your fingers through your hair, crunching the ends to create waves and shaking it. You can let it air-dry (which is what I do) or blow dry. If you want a more detailed look on how I style my hair, click here to check out my full hair routine!

I found this sea salt spray to be really great and it didn't dry out my hair or make it crunchy. The spray is lightweight and smells absolutely divine and I find that the results last until the next time I wash my hair!

It doesn't weigh down my hair or leave it greasy, which is basically what everyone looks for in every product.

Not Your Mother's Texturizing Sea Salt Spray retails for $5.99 and is available here.
