An added plus is that this recipe is super healthy since it's vegan and gluten-free. The fruits are sweet enough that no sugar or honey is added, although if you prefer something sweeter, you can absolutely add it on.
-1 glass of warm water
-A handful of ice (not pictured)
-1 banana (chopped and frozen)
-A handful of frozen mixed fruit
-A handful of raspberries
-Honey/sugar/any sweetener of your choice (optional, I did not use it in this recipe)
-Pinch of Chia Seeds
